Listening to Oakdale

I believe the best decisions begin by listening. Every neighborhood has different priorities, and I want to hear directly from the people who live, work, and raise their families in Oakdale. My goal is to represent every resident with honesty, respect, and transparency.

Public Safety

A safe community is the foundation of a strong community. I support our police fire, and emergency services and believe out first responders should have the resources they need to serve Oakdale effectively. Public safety also means looking ahead - addressing traffic and pedestrian safety, listening to residents’ concerns, and making thoughtful decisions as our community changes.

Responsible Financial Stewardship

Residents deserve to know how their tax dollars are being used and why. I believe in carefully reviewing city spending, planning ahead for infrastructure and essential services, and looking at the long-term impact of the decisions we make. We need to maintain the services residents depend on while also being mindful of what those decisions mean for Oakdale taxpayers.

Supporting Local Businesses

As a small business owner, I understand the importance of a thriving local economy. I want Oakdale to continue being a place where businesses can succeed and where responsible development strengthens our community. As Oakdale continues to grow and change, I believe we should make thoughtful decisions that support our local economy while preserving the character that makes our city special.

Parks, Recreation & Community

Parks, trails, recreation, and community spaces are an important part of what makes Oakdale a great place to live. I support taking care of the spaces we already have while continuing to look for opportunities that bring people together and serve residents of all ages and abilities. As we plan for the future, I believe we should listen to residents and make thoughtful decisions about where our community resources can have the greatest impact.

Open Communication

I believe residents deserve clear and honest communication from their city. If elected, I will be accessible, approachable, and committed to keeping residents informed - not only about the decisions being made, but why they are being made. I believe City Council works best when residents have opportunities to ask questions, share concerns, and understand how decisions affect their community and their tax dollars.
